Up for auction is this 1998 Fleetwood mobile home with three bedroom, 2 baths and approx. 1,280+/- square feet of living space. The home measures 16'x80'. Included with the home is a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer. Large open living room and kitchen with separate dining room. There are two bedrooms and a guest bath at one end of the home with the master bedroom and attached bath at the other end. Laundry is next to the master bedroom. The front and back decks are included with the home as well as central heat and air unit. Ceiling lights in the two guest bedrooms and bathroom are not functioning. There was a small fire under the trailer from the heat tape near the water supply that could have resulted in this issue but the seller is unsure. If the property is rented at the time of the auction, the renters shall have 30 days after the completion of the auction to vacate. Buyer will have 90 days after the completion of the auction to removed the home from the property.
Mobile home is being sold AS IS with no warranties of any kind.
SOFT CLOSE: Closing will begin on Friday February 20th @ 6:00 P.M. EST with a soft close. If a bid is placed within the last 2 minutes, then the close time will be extended 2 minutes from the time the bid is placed. The time will continue to extend for 2 minutes with each newly placed bid and the property will not close until 2 minutes have elapsed with no additional bid activity. This eliminates bidders bidding at the last second from our auctions.
HOME TO BE REMOVED FROM PROPERTY: The buyer must remove the home with 90 days of the completion of the auction at the buyer's expense.
RENTERS: If the home is rented at the time of the auction the renters shall have 30 days after the completion of the auction to vacate.
BUYER'S PREMIUM: A 10% buyer's premium will be added to winning bids to determine final sales prices.
PAYMENT: Payment to be made within 7 days of completion of auction by cash, check or debit/credit card. If paying with card there will be a 3% processing fee added to your total. If paying with the card used to register please bring that card with you at pickup.
