auction is a LS P7040 tractor with loader, Long tractor, Kawasaki Mule, Jeep,
Husqvarna zero turn mower, John Deere riding mower, implements, firearms and

REAL ESTATE: A 10% non-refundable deposit will be due within 48 hours
of sale with balance due on or before 45 days from sale date. Buyer shall
make this down payment by cash, approved check or wire transfer.
All wiring fees shall be paid for by the buyer. This property is
being sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranties expressed, written or
implied. This is an online-only auction that will be ending
Friday October 24th, 2025 at 6:00 P.M. EDT with a soft close and 15
second intervals between each lot.
BUYER'S PREMIUM: A 10% buyer's
premium will be added to the winning bid to determine final sales price.
PROPERTY TAXES: Property taxes for 2025 will be prorated on day of
closing.
Real Estate and a few personal property lots will sell subject ot seller's
confirmation (sells with reserve).

implied. Closing is NOT contingent upon
inspections, appraisal or financing so be sure you have arranged for payment

PAYMENT & PICKUP: Payment to be

Creek Rd. Elkhorn, KY. 42733) by cash, check or debit/credit card. If paying with card there will be a 3%
processing fee added to your total. If
paying with the card used to register please bring that card with you at
pickup. Pickup will be Saturday October
25th from 12:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M. EDT.
FIREARMS AND AMMUNITION: All
firearms and ammunition will be picked up on Monday October 27th at United
Country Real Estate in Liberty (245 N Wallace Wilkinson Blvd. Liberty, Ky.
42539). All buyers will have to complete
a background check and proper paperwork with firearms dealer provided by United
Country prior to pickup.
Any items not picked up by 2:00 P.M. EDT on October 25th will be charged to
the card on file used to register wtih additional fees for removing the item(s)
unless prior arrangements have been made with the Auction Company.

CURRENCY TYPE: USD
SOFT CLOSE: Closing of lots will begin on Friday October 24th @ 6:00 P.M.
EDT with 15 second intervals between each lot. If an item receives a bid within
the last 2 minutes, then the close time will be extended 2 minutes from the
time the bid is placed. The time will continue to extend for 2 minutes with
each newly placed bid and the property will not close until 2 minutes have
elapsed with no additional bid activity. This eliminates bidders bidding at the
last second from our auctions.
