This is the second and final auction for the personal property of The Juanita Helm Estate. Items in this auction will be cedar blanket chest, antique dresser, hand and machine stitched quilts, rocking chairs, antique full size bedroom suit, sewing machines, like new love seat, multiple pieces of carnival glass, several hens on nests, collectible trinket boxes, two different dining tables and chairs, hutch, Lane blanket chest, rooster decorations, large Avon collection, hundreds of lots of glassware, vintage toys, Rocky Ford School print, pictures and frames, several lots of books, costume jewelry, baskets, table decorations, candles and candle holders, dolls, lamps, cookware, kitchen utensils, multiple figurines, wall hangings, pottery, records, crystal glassware, dishes, and much more!!!
All items are being sold AS IS with no warranties of any kind. Bidders are responsible for packing and loading their items. Bring help if needed for loading.
SOFT CLOSE: Closing of lots will begin on Thursday June 25th @ 6:00 P.M. EDT with 15 second intervals between each lot. If an item receives a bid within the last 2 minutes, then the close time will be extended 2 minutes from the time the bid is placed. The time will continue to extend for 2 minutes with each newly placed bid and the property will not close until 2 minutes have elapsed with no additional bid activity. This eliminates bidders bidding at the last second from our auctions.
PAYMENT: Payment to be made at pickup on Saturday June 27th 2026 at 1170 KY 78 Bradfordsville, KY. 40009 by cash, check or debit/credit card. If paying with card there will be a 3% processing fee added to your total. If paying with the card used to register please bring that card with you at pickup.
SALES TAX: Kentucky state sales tax of 6% will be added to personal property. If you are tax exempt you can fill out the tax resale certificate at pickup with your tax ID number.
PICKUP: Pickup day is Saturday June 27th at 1170 KY 78 Bradfordsville, KY. 40009 from 10:00 A.M. - 2:00 P.M. EDT
Any items not picked up by 2:00 P.M. EDT on June 27th will be charged to the card on file used to register with additional fees for removing the item(s) unless prior arrangements have been made with the Auction Company.
